SDE-Backend Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a rock‑star backend engineer to help build scalable APIs and async services for our next‑gen web and mobile platforms. You’ll work with NestJS, design clean REST/GraphQL endpoints, and integrate high‑throughput message queues like Kafka (plus RabbitMQ for certain flows)  ¹.

Key Responsibilities

Design & implement robust, test‑driven APIs using NestJS and Node.js.

Build & maintain asynchronous communication pipelines with Kafka (and optionally RabbitMQ).

Optimize database queries, micro‑service interactions, and overall system performance.

Collaborate with front‑end teams, product owners, and DevOps to ship features end‑to‑end.

Write clear documentation, unit tests, and participate in code reviews.

Payment Gateway Integration Handling

What We Expect

2‑4 years of backend experience, preferably with Node.js.

Solid grasp of NestJS architecture, decorators, and dependency injection.

Hands‑on experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, schema registry) and/or RabbitMQ.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem‑solving mindset and good communication skills.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience with TypeORM/Prisma, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Exposure to GraphQL, Redis, or ElasticSearch.
