Job Title : Manager - Investment Products & Asset Allocation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Asset Allocation specialist, AUM Garnering Manager responsible for driving business growth through marketing, selling, and advisory across a comprehensive suite of in-house and third-party investment products. The role requires strong relationship management skills, deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients to understand their financial goals and investment needsMarket, advise, and distribute a wide range of investment products including:In-house investment solutionsPortfolio Management Services (PMS) and Global PMSFixed Income ProductsPrivate Market / Pre-IPO / Structured DealsDrive revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling of investment productsProvide strategic investment advice aligned with client risk profile and market outlookIdentify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking and referralsStay updated on market trends, economic developments, and product offeringsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactionsMaintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and client servicing.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)18 years of experience in Asset management, private banking, or financial advisoryStrong understanding of capital markets and investment products (PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Global Investments, etc.)Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generationExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and advisory capabilities .
