Visa Counsellor

Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding visa processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Provide guidance for tourist, visitor, student, and other visa categories as applicable. Assist clients with visa applications, document verification, and submission procedures. Explain visa requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees to clients. Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of visa processes and documentation. Strong counselling, coordination, and client-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience in immigration or visa consultancy will be an advantage. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
