Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 500000/yearPlease do not apply if you:

1. Are not proficient in Python and React. This is mandatory.

2. Cannot work from our office in Makarba, Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, work-from-office internship.

3. Cannot commit to a long-term opportunity. After the three-month internship, selected candidates may be offered a full-time position based on their performance. Candidates should be willing to join the company full-time if selected.

4. Are not serious about the opportunity. We expect candidates to learn, take ownership, and deliver work within defined timelines. The role may involve long working hours, and candidates should be willing to work on weekends when required. We will provide full support and mentorship to help you learn and grow, but a strong commitment from your end is essential.
