CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.

Education: Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible to apply. KEY SKILLS & EXPERTISE: RCM Knowledge: Solid understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and the CMS-1500 claim form. Software Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle high call volumes in a voice process.
