Customer Success (Renewals & Operations) - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Intern to support our Customer Success team in managing client renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers hands-on exposure to client communication, sales operations, and revenue retention strategies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in tracking upcoming and overdue contract renewals

2. Coordinate with clients for renewal discussions and follow-ups

3. Support in preparing renewal proposals, quotations, and documentation

4. Maintain and update renewal data in CRM systems

5. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution

1. This is an in-person, full-time, 3- 6-month internship at our headquarters in Pune. Our operating hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and every alternate Saturday (with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
