Order to Cash Specialist

We are seeking an Order to Cash Specialist to join our finance team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and cash application. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order to cash process, including order entry, billing, and cash application.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process credit notes and debit notes as necessary, maintaining clear communication with customers regarding any adjustments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately reflected in the financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports as needed for management review.
