Client Growth Specialist (Remote)

Salary : Rs 3.0 Lacs to Rs 4.0 Lacs per annum fixed + Variable

What Youll Do

Identify and reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and outbound campaigns.

Generate and qualify leads for demos and sales conversations.

Work closely with founders on GTM strategy, messaging, and outreach experiments.

Build targeted prospect lists and run personalized outbound campaigns.

Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance.

Learn how modern AI-first SaaS sales works from the ground up.

What Were Looking For

0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Curious, energetic, and eager to learn.

Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.

Someone who enjoys talking to people and solving problems.

Startup mindset high ownership and bias for action.
