Client Servicing and Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :Manage day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery to clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, production) to develop brand campaigns that meet client expectations.Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future initiatives.Job Requirements :5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fieldProven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong understanding of celebrity management principles and ability to work closely with talent agencies/brands.Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships. .
