About the internship:As a Client Servicing intern at Dr. Joshi Holistic Multispecialty Research & Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel to assist in various client-related tasks. Your strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be essential in communicating effectively with clients and team members.

1. Assist in preparing client presentations using MS-PowerPoint.

2. Maintain and update client databases using MS-Excel.

3. Communicate with clients via email and phone, ensuring their needs are met.

4. Coordinate meetings and appointments for clients and team members.

5. Provide administrative support to the client servicing team.

6. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative client solutions.

7. Assist in monitoring client satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
