Job description:IT Recruiter InternSource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Assist with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.Learn end-to-end IT recruitment processes and talent acquisition.Skills:Good communication skillsBasic understanding of IT roles (preferred)LinkedIn & job portal sourcingMS Excel / Google SheetsWillingness to learn recruitmentEligibility:MBA (HR) / BBA / Any GraduateFreshers or students looking for an HR/Recruitment internshipImmediate joiners preferredBenefits:Flexible schedule
