What you’ll do:

Co-lead strategy, operations, and growth planning

Drive product development, partnerships, or fundraising (depending on your strengths)

Own critical launch initiatives—festival collaborations, OTT outreach, and content licensing

Shape team culture, hiring, and long-term vision with me (Selvam, Founder)

Who you are:

A founder at heart—hungry to build, learn fast, and adapt

Skilled in either technology (platform/Product), business development, marketing, or fundraising

Passionate about media, indie films, and democratizing entertainment

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and owning high-impact projects daily
