Urgent Hiring | Senior Manager Accounts (CA) | Delhi NCR

We are urgently hiring for the position of Senior Manager Accounts (Chartered Accountant) for a reputed Manufacturing Company based in Delhi NCR.

Location: Delhi NCR

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Director / CFO

Salary - Rs 20.00 Lacs

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team

Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets & Bank Reconciliation

Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.

Coordinate with statutory, internal & tax auditors and regulatory authorities

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & cash flow projections

Monitor working capital, fund utilization & profitability analysis

Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making

Implement internal financial controls and accounting policies

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and other statutory regulations

Liaise with banks for working capital, term loans and banking documentation

Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives

Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Mentor and develop the Finance team

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

810 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts

Experience in Manufacturing or Garment Export Industry preferred

Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act & Financial Reporting

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and Advanced MS Excel
