About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve GWP targets for the designated territory / span of agents.

2. Recruitment of new agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding agent recruitment

3. Activation of agents

4. Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements

5. Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure

6. Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company

7. Ensuring agents are motivated and build a long-term connect between the agents and the company.

8. Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organisation
