BPO Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BPO Operations Team Lead to oversee our international voice operations in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all operational targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The BPO Operations Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving performance metrics such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), Service Level Agreements (SLA), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and attrition rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service agents, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve FCR, AHT, SLA, and CSAT scores.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, focusing on best practices in BPO operations.
• Address and resolve any escalated customer issues, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within BPO operations, particularly in international voice services.
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators such as FCR, AHT, SLA, CSAT, and attrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
