The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in masonry work, a minimum education of 10th grade, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:- Building Structures: Construct walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, stones, and concrete according to plans and specifications.- Repair Work: Perform renovations and repairs, ensuring that existing structures are stable and safe for use.- Mixing Materials: Prepare and mix mortar and concrete to the correct consistency for various masonry projects, ensuring high-quality results.- Measuring and Cutting: Measure areas accurately and cut materials to fit, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all tasks.- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
