Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and related concerns. Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide accurate information. Follow process guidelines and maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards. Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required. Eligibility & Requirements1–5 years of experience in Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered. Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi communication skills. Versant score: 5–6 preferred. Basic computer and typing skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
