As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the tendering process for projects. Your responsibilities will include:- Tender Preparation: You will gather all necessary documents and information to prepare accurate and competitive tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements.- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new tender opportunities and understand market trends, helping the company to stay ahead in bidding for projects.- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant data and inputs needed for tender submissions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.- Bid Management: Oversee the entire bid process, from documentation to submission, maintaining timelines and ensuring all components are complete and meet specified criteria.- Post-Tender Activities: Analyze feedback on submitted tenders to identify areas for improvement in future submissions and maintain records for reference.To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (.) and 3 to 5 years of experience in tender management or a related field.
