The role requires someone who can design, develop, and optimize services running in high-volume, low-latency enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities· Design and implement scalable backend services using Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot.· Build high-performance systems leveraging multithreading, concurrency controls, and asynchronous programming.· Work on distributed system components such as messaging, caching, service discovery, and consistency models.· Implement robust transaction handling using ACID principles, isolation levels, distributed transactions, and rollback mechanisms.· Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs following best practices for security and reliability.· Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning.Must-Have Skills· Strong Java 8+ (Streams, functional programming, Collections)· Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data· Concurrency & multithreading (executor frameworks, locks, synchronization, concurrent collections)· Transaction handling: JPA/JDBC, Spring transactions, isolation levels· Distributed systems: microservices communication, Kafka/RabbitMQ, caching, resilience patterns· System design: scalability, load balancing, fault tolerance
