Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with schools and educational institutions.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships and opportunities for growth.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.

4. Support the business development team in lead generation and relationship building with potential clients.

5. Attend networking events and conferences to represent ISTEP Mentors and build our brand presence.

6. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

7. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
