A typical public tender arrives as 200 to 600 pages technical specifications, a bill of quantities, conditions of contract, and a stream of amendments and most contracting firms can't staff a bid desk large enough to read them fast enough to bid
well. BidVeda's platform reads the tender end-to-end: extracting eligibility criteria, parsing the BOQ, tracking amendments, and preparing the full set of documents required for submission turning a multi-day evaluation into a same-day go / no-go call.Additional information:Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 600000/yearWhat we're looking for
● Solid fundamentals in at least one modern frontend framework (React/Next.js or similar) OR one backend
framework (Node.js, Python or similar). You do not need to be strong in both.
● Basic understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar.
● At least one project beyond coursework — a personal project, hackathon build or college project you can
confidently walk us through. It does not need to be deployed.
● Comfort using AI tools to write, understand and debug code — or genuine willingness to learn quickly.
AI-assisted development is central to how we work.
● Basic Git knowledge: commits, branches and pull requests.
● Strong learning mindset, openness to feedback and the ability to figure things out with reasonable
independence.
Great if you also have
● Exposure to deploying an app on AWS, GCP, Azure or another cloud platform, even through a tutorial.
● Basic understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend systems communicate.
● Curiosity about LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic or similar — prior experience is a bonus, not a
requirement.
● Startup, hackathon or fast-paced team project experience.
