Customer Relations Executive

Hiring for Customer Relationship Manager Postpaid SIM Sales Promote and sell Vi Postpaid SIM cards and postpaid plans to new and existing customers. Approach potential customers and explain available postpaid plans, benefits, offers, and services . Generate leads through field visits, customer references, and local market activities. Convert leads into customers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Assist customers with SIM activation, KYC, plan selection, and onboarding . Handle customer queries related to postpaid plans, billing, upgrades, and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with interested customers and complete the sales process. Maintain daily sales reports and customer details. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth activation and customer onboarding. Requirements: ✔ Good communication and convincing skills ✔ Sales/customer-handling experience preferred ✔ Comfortable with field sales and customer visits ✔ Smartphone/basic computer knowledge ✔ Local market knowledge preferred
