• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including P&L management and business performance evaluations.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

• Monitor financial performance metrics and report on variances to ensure accountability and transparency.
