The organization develops and manages digital platforms for Loan Origination (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), targeting products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Vehicle Loans.Job Summary:We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to test and ensure high-quality software delivery across the lending lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, especially in financial services or lending platforms, and will ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and business needs.Key Responsibilities:Functional TestingDesign and execute test cases for LOS and LMS functionalitiesPerform end-to-end testing of loan lifecycle: application → underwriting → disbursement → servicing → closureValidate calculations for interest rates, EMIs, fees, and schedulesTest Case Development & ExecutionDevelop test scripts/scenarios for LAP and CV loansExecute and maintain manual and regression testsDefect TrackingLog, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA or BugzillaCollaborate with developers to ensure resolution and closure of defectsStakeholder CollaborationWork with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product ManagersParticipate in sprint planning and requirement reviewsCompliance TestingEnsure system compliance with financial regulations, disclosures, and reporting standardsReporting & DocumentationPrepare test reports, defect logs, test coverage, and documentation for knowledge sharingUAT SupportAssist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help validate business readinessRequired Skills & Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalentExperience:3–5 years of experience in functional testing, especially in lending/loan systemsStrong knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Vehicle LoansTechnical Skills:Hands-on experience with testing tools: JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, HP ALM, QTestWorking knowledge of SQL for database validationUnderstanding of LOS/LMS architecture and APIsTesting Methodologies:Strong experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT TestingFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practicesSoft Skills:Strong attention to detail, communication, and time managementCollaborative team player with problem-solving mindsetPreferred Certifications (Optional):ISTQB or equivalent testing certificationsCertifications in finance, banking, or loan platforms are a plusWhy Join KreditVenture?Join a mission-driven company focused on financial inclusion and innovationWork on cutting-edge digital lending platforms with real-world impactCareer growth and professional development opportunities
