Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with influencers and creators

2. Prompting AI tools to explore ideas, create content, and speed up workflows

3. Working on social media marketing for real brands

4. Coming up with fresh content ideas daily

5. Helping plan and execute campaigns from idea to execution

At Offscript, we care less about how you're 'supposed' to do something and more about what you can create when you're given the freedom to figure it out. You'll work on real brands, real campaigns, and real problems. One day you might be finding creators for a campaign, the next you might be developing a Reel idea, writing a concept, researching a trend or figuring out how to make a brand impossible to scroll past.

There is no fixed creative playbook. We want people who have ideas, know how to communicate them, and are willing to get their hands dirty bringing them to life. Your background doesn't matter as much as your ability. Your degree doesn't impress us as much as your work. Your output does. If you're creative, curious, technically smart, and want a space where you can actually be yourself, you'll fit right in.Additional information:A couple of things to be clear about:

1. This is an on-site opportunity in Pune. If you're looking for a remote or work-from-home internship, this one's not for you.

2. The stipend is ₹5,000 per month. Please apply only if you're comfortable with the compensation.

3. No corporate talk. No endless meetings about meetings. Just real projects, creative thinking, and the chance to learn by doing.
