The role involves analyzing healthcare data, improving revenue cycle performance, and supporting financial optimization strategies. The position requires expertise in RCM, CPT, and diagnostic coding while working closely with analytics and account teams in a US shift environment. Eligibility 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare analytics. Strong knowledge of CPT and diagnostic coding. Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. Understanding of Medicare reimbursement and EHR systems is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Minimum 1+ years of experience in CPT coding. Minimum 1+ years of experience in RCM. Ability to work in an onsite setting and commute to the location. Ability to join immediately. Role and Responsibilities Analyze reimbursement trends and Medicare rates across practices.
