Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen understanding of the real estate industry. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate our solutions to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads tailored to the real estate market. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, enhancing our brand's presence in the real estate industry. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions. Design graphics for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns to engage our audience and drive sales. Coordinate with printers to ensure the highest quality for all printed materials. Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure they meet company objectives. Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and the real estate industry to ensure our materials are fresh and relevant. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 2 4 Years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or related industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D) and other graphic design software. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity.
