About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.Conduct audience research and A/B testing.Implement and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign strategies.Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Familiarity with Google Analytics and MS Excel is preferred.

Compensation: Up to 30,000.00 per month
