Position Title: Service Now Technical Lead & Architect

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai , Pune, Mumbai

Role summary.

Owns technical delivery quality across WSD, EAM, FSM, integrations, and WDF-related build activities. Acts as the bridge between solution architecture and development teams.

Key responsibilities

Produce detailed technical designs.

Lead and mentor developers.

Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

Build and oversee integrations, Flow Designer solutions, APIs, and WDF configurations.

Support UI Builder, Service Portal, mobile, and workspace implementations.

Manage deployment pipelines and environment governance.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Ensure delivery quality and technical compliance.

Experience

8+ years ServiceNow development experience.

Strong scripting, integration, and Flow Designer expertise.

Experience leading implementation teams.
