Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Process customer requests, orders, returns, and refunds when required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow up with customers and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Work with other departments to resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
