Customer Relationship Manager

1. Customer Relationship Management Welcome customers and ensure a positive in-store experience. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain customer records, purchase history, and contact details. Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. 2. Customer Support Address customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns promptly. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints with proper follow-up. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards. 3. Sales & Business Development Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets. Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions. Promote premium riding gear and accessories based on customer requirements. Encourage repeat purchases and customer referrals. 4. CRM & Database Management Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system or Excel database. Generate customer follow-up lists for service reminders and promotional campaigns. Analyze customer purchase patterns and recommend engagement strategies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports. 5. Customer Engagement Conduct follow-up calls/messages for product feedback and service reminders. Organize customer engagement activities, riding events, and promotional campaigns. Collect customer reviews and testimonials. Manage customer loyalty programs and membership benefits. 6. Coordination Work closely with Sales, Billing, Inventory, and Marketing teams. Coordinate with suppliers for warranty or replacement-related issues when required. Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
