Order to Cash Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Specialist to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Order to Cash (O2C) process, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and logistics. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of cash and maintaining healthy financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Collaborate with logistics and freight teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Perform cash application and payment posting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze and report on AR aging, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve overall process efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate collections and address any concerns.
