Corporate Ticketing

We are looking for a person who has an understanding of PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling and a good knowledge on GDS. This dynamic position requires a blend of customer service excellence and revenue generation acumen.Roles & Responsibilities:● Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, refunds and cancellation.● Execute changes, rescheduling and modification as per customer requirements.● Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone.● Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.● Research and compare fares to secure the best possible pricing for corporate clients,considering negotiated rates and preferred airlines.● Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolvingissues, and offering proactive solutions.● Effectively communicate with clients, airlines, and other travel partners.Requirements:● Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre.● Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations.● Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.● Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats.● Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
