Paywint is a US-based fintech company working with customers in the US market. We are looking for an enthusiastic Chat & Cold Calling Executive to join our night-shift team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer conversations through chat and voice calls.
• Communicate with US customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Make cold calls to potential customers and explain our services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
• Identify and solve basic customer issues or coordinate with the senior team member when required.
• Maintain proper communication and follow up with customers when needed.
• Work closely with the senior team member and other team members to achieve daily goals.
• Support the team in a fast-paced startup work setting.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with both voice calls and chat support.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Enthusiastic, responsible and willing to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support coworkers.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Compensation: From 312,000.00 per year
