The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, quantity estimation, BOQ, client billing, subcontractor billing, rate analysis, invoice preparation, and coordination with site teams and clients. Handle extra items, variations and deviation quantities . Prepare rate analysis for new and additional works. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients. Track executed quantity, billed quantity and balance quantity . Maintain proper records of measurements, approvals, invoices and billing documents. Follow up with clients regarding bill approval and payment status . Identify billing discrepancies and ensure accurate billing. Support project teams with quantity and cost-related information . Prepare regular billing and project status reports.
