Build With Metaforms

About Metaforms

At Metaforms, we're redefining how market research gets done.

Our AI platform empowers the world's leading research agencies to scale 10x faster without compromising on quality. With AI Agents augmenting survey programming, data processing, and project management, we help customers like Dynata, Savanta, and Borderless Access deliver more projects with less effort.

We process 1,000+ surveys monthly, serve agencies working with Fortune 500 companies, and are growing rapidly month over month — backed by $9M in Series A funding to aggressively scale.

The Role

We're always looking to connect with exceptional people — even when there isn't an open role with your name on it yet.

If you've explored our careers page and don't see a position that perfectly matches your background, this is your entry point. Whether you're an engineer, researcher, survey programmer, data processing specialist, product thinker, designer, or GTM operator — if you believe you can meaningfully accelerate Metaforms' journey, we want to hear from you.

This isn't a "we'll keep your resume on file" post. We actively review every inbound profile and map strong candidates to current or upcoming opportunities across teams. As we scale, roles open up fast — and we'd rather already know you when they do.
