Work towards increasing sales, average bill value, repeat customers and positive guest reviews . Coordinate with management for events, offers, promotions and special activations. Candidate ProfilePrior experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, hotel or hospitality operation preferred. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities. Good understanding of restaurant service and operational procedures. Comfortable working during evenings, weekends and public holidays. Should be proactive, disciplined, presentable and capable of handling a busy restaurant floor independently.
