Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller – Personal Loan Sales executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Call customers from the company-provided database. Explain personal loan products and their benefits. Understand customer requirements and convince eligible customers to apply for a personal loan. Follow up regularly with interested customers until the loan process is completed. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth document collection and file processing. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Experience in telecalling or sales (Personal Loan/Banking/Financial products preferred). Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records. Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude. Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively. Primary Goal: Convert the provided leads into successful personal loan disbursements by effectively communicating with customers and ensuring complete follow-up throughout the loan process.
