Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Organization Effectiveness Consultant to drive organizational transformation, workforce effectiveness, operating model design, and talent optimization initiatives. This role will partner with HR leaders, business executives, and transformation teams to improve organizational performance, enhance employee experience, strengthen workforce capabilities, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Organization Design, HR Transformation, Workforce Planning, or Organizational DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-Time

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives to improve business performance and scalability.Assess organizational structures, spans and layers, role clarity, and workforce effectiveness.Develop target operating models aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and transformation programs.Identify opportunities to improve organizational agility, productivity, and collaboration.5+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Organization Design, HR Transformation, Workforce Planning, or Organizational Development.Workforce Planning & Talent Effectiveness

Partner with business leaders to develop strategic workforce plans.Analyze workforce capabilities, skills gaps, succession readiness, and talent risks.Support leadership development, talent mobility, and workforce optimization initiatives.Enable skills-based workforce planning and organizational capability building.Recommend strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.HR Transformation & Process Improvement

Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Assess and optimize HR operating models, governance structures, and service delivery frameworks.Standardize and simplify people processes across business units and geographies.Support implementation of best-practice HR programs and policies.Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead organizational change management activities for transformation initiatives.Develop change impact assessments, communication plans, and adoption strategies.Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and organizational assessments.Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, COEs, and business leaders.Workforce Analytics & Insights

Utilize workforce analytics to support organizational decision-making.Analyze organizational health, productivity, talent effectiveness, and workforce trends.Develop dashboards and executive reports on organizational performance metrics.Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.Partner with HR technology teams to support organizational effectiveness initiatives through HR systems and analytics platforms.Leverage solutions such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HCM platforms to support workforce planning and organization management.Support data governance and organizational data quality initiatives. .
