Office-Based Social Media - Internship (Part Time)

About the internship:We are looking for a creative, organised and responsible female intern who can help us manage our social media presence while ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and vendors.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create attractive jewellery posts, reels, stories, videos and carousels.

2. Design engaging content using Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut or similar applications.

3. Develop content around jewellery designs, customisation, heirloom remodelling, styling tips, jewellery education and brand storytelling.

4. Use AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.

5. Plan, create and publish content regularly on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms.

6. Write captions, select relevant keywords and hashtags, and adapt content to each platform.

7. Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent daily posting.

8. Monitor comments, messages, engagement and incoming enquiries.

9. Track basic social media performance and prepare periodic reports.

10. Follow up with vendors, karigars and other business associates regarding jewellery orders, production, approvals and delivery timelines.

11. Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, order updates, design approvals and deliveries.

12. Maintain records of pending tasks, commitments and follow-up dates.

13. Ensure that no important customer enquiry or vendor commitment is missed.

14. Communicate professionally through WhatsApp, phone calls and other business channels.

15. Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for customer enquiries, vendor updates and pending orders.

16. Research jewellery trends, competitors and creative content ideas.

17.
