About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job openings on portals (Naukri, Internshala, Apna, LinkedIn) and screening incoming applications

2. Call candidates for initial screening and scheduling interviews with the management

3. Maintain a candidate tracker in Excel and sharing regular updates with the CEO

4. Coordinate interview follow-ups, offer letters and joining formalities

5. Build a hiring pipeline for roles such as sales executives, accounts and office staff

6.
