Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and themes.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code for web applications.Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other services.Optimize websites for performance, security, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.Communicate project updates and technical concepts clearly in English.Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Proven experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, customizations).Familiarity with modern frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) is a plus.Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with version control systems (Git).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based eCommerce solutions.Understanding of SEO best practices.Exposure to cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure).Prior experience in client-facing roles.ONLY KOLKATA CANDIDATES PLEASE.
