PATENT DRAFTING - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Patent Drafting Professional to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to convert complex technical concepts into high-quality patent specifications.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft high-quality patent specifications based on client disclosures.

2. Conduct technical understanding sessions with inventors to gather invention details.

3. Prepare drawings, flowcharts, and embodiments required for patent applications.

4. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the specification.

5. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand the technical aspects of inventions.

6. Review and revise drafts based on client or attorney feedback.

7. Ensure adherence to country-specific patent drafting guidelines and standards.

8.
