Duties and responsibilities

1. Liaison with Architects/ PMC/ Designers/Contractors including government and other institutions.

2. Organize meetings and ensure that they visit the store

3. Maintain active database of the architects and other institutions and ensure they are updated about new collection and also existing product range

4. Ensure proper sampling, launching of new products & display at Architect/ Designers/ Institutional Offices

5. Generate timely MIS on the business development done and give projected sales through the leads generated.

6. Develop a loyal base of Architects/ Designers/ PMCs/ Institutions so that new leads are generated

7. Identify new channels for sales and achieve monthly individual target

8. Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
