Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for quality assurance. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through automated testing frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify testing requirements.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing and automation, particularly with REST APIs using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and bash for test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
