We believe in integrity, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Drum Dispatch & Transport Coordination : Prepare Delivery Orders, arrange local transport, verify packing quality, manage E-waybills, and collect LR & delivery photos. Tanker Dispatch Management : Create POs, coordinate with clients and transporters, manage dispatch documents (DO, LR, Invoice, E-waybill, COA), and track deliveries. Documentation & Data Management : Maintain logistics sheets (stock, movement, dispatch, rates, sales, orders, transport, PDC) and ensure proper filing and backups. Stock & Dispatch Completion : Ensure full documentation and follow-up for all dispatches. Manage return drums and obtain freight quotes. Communication & Coordination : Handle email communication, coordinate across teams and transporters, and resolve dispatch-related issues efficiently. Key Skills: Experience: Previous experience in Logistics is preferable.
