About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market, customer, competitor, and trend research

2. Develop original and innovative furniture & decor concepts

3. Independently handle assigned projects from research and ideation to sampling and refinement

4. Create 3D models, realistic renders, and detailed technical CAD drawings

5. Develop practical designs considering flat-pack construction, assembly, materials, manufacturing, and cost

6. Review samples and provide feedback on design, quality, functionality, and construction

7. Coordinate with factories and cross-functional teams for product development

8. Create presentations, mood boards, and design documentation
