The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for Full Stack (MERN), AI/ML, and QA Automation roles, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.Key Responsibilities  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboardingIdentify, source, and shortlist candidates for roles like:Full Stack Development (MERN Stack – MongoDB/MySQL, Express.js, React, Node.js)Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)QA Automation Engineering (Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, etc.)Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring prioritiesEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersMeet hiring targets within defined timelinesPreferred Qualifications  MBA (HR or related field) or Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringExperience working in product-based companies or startupsFamiliarity with modern QA tools and automation frameworksStrong professional network in the tech hiring ecosystemImmediate availability or short notice period
