About Prowiz

Prowiz is a technology and analytics company building digital products, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and data-driven solutions.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can simplify complex problems and turn them into intuitive, functional, and visually polished digital experiences.

You'll work on real-world products, including B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, web applications, and mobile applications.

Important: Employment Structure

This position starts as a freelance engagement for the first month and transitions to a full-time role after one month of working together.

We're looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity, not just a short-term freelance project.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Translate business requirements and complex workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

Work on B2B SaaS products, enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, and internal business applications.

Create reusable components and scalable design systems in Figma.

Build interactive prototypes to communicate user flows and interactions.

Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, components, and responsive layouts.

Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to ensure accurate design implementation.

Review implemented screens and provide feedback during design QA.

Improve existing product experiences through UX analysis and iterative design.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.

Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.

Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to simplify complex dashboards, forms, tables, and multi-step workflows.

Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.

Understanding of design systems and reusable components.

Ability to independently understand requirements, propose solutions, and execute designs.

Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.

Good to Have

Experience with B2B SaaS products or enterprise applications.

Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and analytics interfaces.

Familiarity with accessibility and developer handoff practices.

Experience using AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, or React.
