Responsibilities Draft Technical Documentation: Research, write, and format detailed operational guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support Curriculum Development: Edit, proofread, and storyboard CBT training scripts, lesson guides, and study manuals Enforce Style Standards: Maintain and distribute templates and style guides, ensuring complete compliance with CBP writing directives Manage Repositories: Maintain highly structured documentation repositories, ensuring rigorous version control and accessibility Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or a closely related role Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field High proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), reputed company Acrobat, and modern Content Management Systems (CMS) Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check Benefits Competitive medical, dental, and vision options (BCBS reputed company), plus HSA and FSA. 401(k) with corporate match, and fully paid life and disability insurance.
